State Research Information and Technology Co. LTD. (SRIT) is a high-tech enterprise co-founded by Information Center of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), China Netcom (Group) Company Limited Beijing Branch (formerly, Beijing Telecom), Shandong LUNENG Group Co. LTD (LUNENG), Beijing Dragon Base Holdings LTD. (BDB), with registered capital of more than ￥ 100 million.

Since founded in 1998, SRIT committed itself to the Internet operation and information services, actively participated in the informatization construction of enterprises and governments, and engaged in infrastructure and real estate investments, so as to achieve sustainable development. SRIT was awarded "National ISP Operating License" and “ Computer Information System Integration Class B Certificates" by the Ministry of Information Industry, "Computer Information System integration Certificate Related National Secret" by National Administration for Protection of State Secrets, and "Beijing Information Engineering Consulting Entity Class A Certificate Credentials "by Beijing Information Security Test and Evaluation Center (BJTEC) and the like industry credentials. SRIT is among the Chinese first batch of pilot enterprises in the IT consulting business approved by the Ministry of Information Industry in July 2002. It is also among the first batch of the enterprises, which was awarded Information Engineering Consulting Provisional Credentials by the Ministry of Information Industry in June 2004.
