SRIT e-government

SRIT actively got involved in the informatization construction of governments, and participated in the establishment work of national e-government standard organized by State Council informatization Leading Group Office. Relying on strong government resources and information resources from DRC, SRIT engaged in applied research and practical work of informatization in the reform of administrative examination and approval system in China, got involved in research, advice and scheme discussion and establishment work on the "comprehensive plan for the construction of Shanghai e-government network", undertook the research work of "Looking at the construction of e-government system in China from Xuhui's experiences" and "The website of the Shanghai municipal government", etc., carried out the design and preparation of "overall plan for e-government in Xuhui District" and the planning and implementation of "Digital Road and Bridge" project in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province.

SRIT attaches great importance to the application and development of software products and technological innovation. SRIT e-government applications project gained free financing from the fourth batch of Innovation Fund for Small and Medium Technology Based Firms in 2002. This marked SRIT owned a series of e-government applications software with independent intellectual property rights.

The application system of SRIT e-government is composed of intelligent workflow system, internal office automation system, interactive online working and reporting system, government procurement system, administrative reporting and decision-making system, information dissemination and content management systems, strictly implement the "national e-government standards", and can meet the main functional requirements of e-government applications in the next few years.

SRIT e-government is application-directed, not only has e-government application systems with its own intellectual property rights, but also has focused on Call Center, the 120-system and other public utilities application systems. It successfully implemented the e-government project in Shanghai, Jiyuan City in Henan Province, Zhuhai in Guangdong Province, Ningbo and Taizhou City in Zhejiang Province and other cities. With the effect of model cases, SRIT e-government has extended to developed regions on government informatization, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong province. SRIT e-government is sincerely willing to boost the government informatization in China.
